Do you ever feel like life is just going along fine and then...things just STOP Or maybe something is off, but you keep going, and then suddenly, it feels like everything grinds to screeching halt.

-How do we navigate when life things get stuck?
-Movement always helps, it literally does help us get unstuck. Take a walk, do your favorite activity, hiking, zumba, whatever it may be. Excercise increases serotonin. 
-Talk to someone, to sort out your thoughts.
-There are many great Meditation  (I can you with that) techniques. 
Perhaps it’s time to make a change. Maybe it’s one you’ve known you should make for a while. OR, maybe there's something you need to see about yourself or your life. 
We all have patterns, health, behavioral, life.. those can interfere.
Or maybe you need a break. Ivanla Vanzant wrote a great book called,  In the meantime.
But, in the meantime, what do you?
Sometimes all we can do is let go.

How can Acupuncture ​help? 
Acupuncture gets the energy moving through the meridians in the body. When treating pain, we are moving blocked qi and blood. People often say that they feel more positive and can problem solve even during a treatment. Acupuncture helps to calm and soothe the nervous system.
