Due to the amount of inquiries for Massage Therapy, we ask that you call for your benefits first. If you do have benefits, we can make an appointment, and verify them. We just get too many calls and can't handle the volume of inquires for Massage Therapy with Insurance.

Mic Leese is in network with UHC for Massage Therapy.

We have a great professional biller that we use. They do everything they can to get claims paid, but there is never a guarantee.
We accept some UHC Medicare Advantage but not Medicare or Medicaid.
Insurance only covers certain ailments, anything beyond that reverts to our self pay/ cash rates.

Pain - Musculoskeletal
Nausea due to any reason ie. chemo, pregnancy
Medicare Advantage: Low Back Pain only

If you have coexisting covered conditions, we can submit for those, but there may be a surcharge for uncovered treatments.
