About Stefanie:
She has been working with Chakras and energy for 30 years, she began her studies at the age of 14 at the Berkeley Psychic Institute in Mountain View, CA. 
Since then she has studied and mastered many esoteric arts, along with Reiki, Natural Force Healing. Her style is fluid, intuitive, drawing on many styles of healing, including Cranio-Sacral Therapy and more. She has a down to earth style that is relatable for all. She is a busy mom, business owner friend, wife, cat mom and more. She believes these energies are available to us all and we can integrate them into our daily lives. 
Her studies include many years of Yoga, Meditation, Clairvoyant Readings and Neurosculpting ® Meditation, and Essential Oils. 
She offers hands-on healing, distance healing and readings, Guided Meditation and Coaching to help you learn to meditate or address a specific issue. 
My Story: 
I grew up in the San Fransisco Bay Area during the 70's and 80's. I was born in 1977 in Monterey and grew up in Palo Alto, California before the dot com era. I was very lucky to be surrounded by true "hippies", scientists and people who thought outside of the box. I have always seen things a little differently . Somewhere in high school, I became aware of my intuition. I have since learned that I am almost every type of empath there is. I feel deeply. I work with my intuition, sometimes it is a knowing, sometimes a clear insight, sometimes I sense with my hands. I had to learn to meditate and have clearing practices so I wouldn't get lost in all these feelings. It still happens but I am grateful that I have ways to find my own center and energy again. I have always been a very strong person, albeit sensitive. 

When I get anxious, I know I need to tune into my intuition. I believe in taking our mental health seriously, as you would take care of anything else that matters. I have helped many people design and create their own meditation practices, and it has transformed their lives. 

I am happy to work one on one with you, or help you heal with different modalities. There is much more than meets the eye, within us and outside of us. 

About Joshua:
Hello my name is Joshua. I am many things in this world - to name a few I am a Shaman, a Mystic, a Seeker searching for The Way in All Things, and a Healer also tasked with doing my own healing. Just as a teacher must continuing learning so they may share their knowledge with others; I believe a healer must also be in pursuit of healing themselves in order to properly show up and assist on the healing journey of others. Being where I am currently in my life is the result of that healing pursuit and also the result of loving support of others. Truly believing what I dream is possible has led me to right here, right now. 

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio I found myself on a plane to Colorado in 2019 chasing a dream for something more. For as far back as I can remember I’ve been curious about the healing arts, the many stories and spiritual texts throughout history of humans performing miraculous deeds of service for others for no reason other than the desire to heal from a place of love- empowered by a calling from a space larger than themselves. That curiosity grew over the years from reading stories, to the desire to pursue and answer the calling myself. Finding circles in my hometown of other like minded individuals was difficult and this led me to Colorado and down the path to formal Yoga and Reiki trainings. Finding belonging and the community which I sought after along the way.   

All the years of self exploration, seeing healers of different types, and finding a loving supportive spouse and tribe have provided the safe space and ability to dive deeper into my dreams and pursue them with tenacity. I’ve learned the forms, techniques and language to put words and context to the gifts that I came into this world in possession of- I am always learning further and the growth never ends. Truly grateful and blessed everyday to be in a place to offer my gifts and understanding to others so that they too may feel supported and provided the space to heal in the way that awakens their dreams to a reality- my way of paying forward the support and space that’s been provided to me. 

In my spare time I LOVE spending time with my spouse, friends, and animals. Being in Nature. Hiking. Working out. Meditating. Expanding on my spiritual practices. Sky gazing. Reading and the occasional tv show binge.
