Hello my name is Joshua. I am many things in this world - to name a few I am a Shaman, a Mystic, a Seeker searching for The Way in All Things, and a Healer also tasked with doing my own healing. Just as a teacher must continuing learning so they may share their knowledge with others; I believe a healer must also be in pursuit of healing themselves in order to properly show up and assist on the healing journey of others. Being where I am currently in my life is the result of that healing pursuit and also the result of loving support of others. Truly believing what I dream is possible has led me to right here, right now. 

Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio I found myself on a plane to Colorado in 2019 chasing a dream for something more. For as far back as I can remember I’ve been curious about the healing arts, the many stories and spiritual texts throughout history of humans performing miraculous deeds of service for others for no reason other than the desire to heal from a place of love- empowered by a calling from a space larger than themselves. That curiosity grew over the years from reading stories, to the desire to pursue and answer the calling myself. Finding circles in my hometown of other like minded individuals was difficult and this led me to Colorado and down the path to formal Yoga and Reiki trainings. Finding belonging and the community which I sought after along the way.   

All the years of self exploration, seeing healers of different types, and finding a loving supportive spouse and tribe have provided the safe space and ability to dive deeper into my dreams and pursue them with tenacity. I’ve learned the forms, techniques and language to put words and context to the gifts that I came into this world in possession of- I am always learning further and the growth never ends. Truly grateful and blessed everyday to be in a place to offer my gifts and understanding to others so that they too may feel supported and provided the space to heal in the way that awakens their dreams to a reality- my way of paying forward the support and space that’s been provided to me. 

In my spare time I LOVE spending time with my spouse, friends, and animals. Being in Nature. Hiking. Working out. Meditating. Expanding on my spiritual practices. Sky gazing. Reading and the occasional tv show binge.

Energy Healing- Reiki/Aura Field Cleanse/Chakra Repair:

Pre-Session:
Each Healing session begins with a gentle ask for consent to perform the healing. 
Brief check in about any current issues or pressing concerns for the focus of the session
A silent calling in of supportive energies. 
A general assessment of the Aura field and the Chakras
Energy Healing - Session:
Session begins with grounding into the energy field at the feet of the client. Depending on the needs session can go many ways. 
There is a process of working up from the feet and ending at the head, spending time at several points along the way. 
If any area pings as needing a deeper level of care more time will be spent on that area. This involves direct attention to an area via Reiki, an Aura template cleanse, or Chakra repair  
Closing Session:
There are several techniques used and the one(s) chosen are based on the energy/messaging received during season. The energies that were invited in are thanked and released. Once completed the client is informed the session has concluded and thanked for their time and presence. 

*if interested energetic feedback I receive during session can be shared after closing; this can also be communicated and shared actively in session or not shared at all. Completely up to the individual preference!*

**Light touch is involved at most points throughout the session. With respect to the body of the individual there are parts of the body that I as the practitioner will not place my hands and instead will hover over the area. If you as the client would like no direct contact at all please let me know at any point and I can instead hover over all parts- your comfort is important to me and lack of direct touch will not change or impact the healing in any way.**


Reiki/Yoga Combo:
60mins - $150
Reiki/Yoga combo consists of a full hour long Yin Yoga session with Reiki healing transmitted during each pose. 
The poses chosen are based on client needs shared in paperwork and or during check in about any current issues or pressing concerns. 
Similarly to energy healing sessions- at the start of session a silent calling in of the wise and well supportive energies that wish to join us for session helps set the stage and ground into the practice.
We go through each pose spending roughly 5+ minutes in a pose, breathing with intention and performing Reiki onto a targeted area - ensuring to always balance out both sides of the body. 
Adjustments and modifications are offered if needed, and encouraged for comfort of the individual! 
All Yoga sessions wrap up with an extended time (5-10mins+) spent in Shavasana (corpse pose) to integrate and settle the moved energy from the practice.
